JOB SUMMARY:

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee & North Mississippi (PPTNM) is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer (STS) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the affiliate's open requisitions. As a STS, you will be responsible for identifying engaging, and attracting top talent within the healthcare industry. This role requires someone that is "hands-on roll-up their sleeves", up for a challenging staffing model, requiring high-volume sourcing needs, very organized, detail-oriented, effective communicator and can keep up in a fast-paced environment and department. This role is NOT a recruiter role, it will require a sourcing background and skillset with very specific and targeted recruitment KPIs.

This role will require building strong relationships within the community - university, technical school and job fairs throughout the TN footprint. Travel is required.

Key Partners To This Role: People Operations Specialist - Generalist, Chief Clinical Officer, Social Media and Communications Coordinator and Hiring Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to assist in sourcing candidates for targeted roles - both niche/hard to fill roles as well as high-volume roles that require continuous candidate pipeline. Roles include clinical and non-clinical roles

  • Execution of these targeted sourcing strategies will enable the achievement of targeted KPIs and hiring of quality candidates in a difficult talent market.

  • Demonstrate analytical skills to conduct insightful candidate and recruitment analysis.

  • Ability to pace with targeted KPIs to include but not limited to time to fill, hosting of virtual recruitment fairs, job fair attendance, sourcing metrics on candidate engagement (active, passive and semi-passive).

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare clinical and non-clinical roles for current and future hiring needs. This includes developing ongoing, positive and proactive candidate relationships.

  • Maintain knowledge of current employee total rewards offerings.

  • Work closely with the People Operations Specialist - Generalist and the Chief People Officer to ensure a positive candidate experience and transition to the recruitment process. This includes assisting with candidate interview scheduling.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure role profiles are up to date, and that there is full understanding of the hiring criteria.

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including healthcare specific job boards, social media, talent networks, referrals and recruitment and job events and fairs - ensuring visibility of openings.

  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates, and schedules interviews.

  • Responsible for conducing initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, credentials and cultural fit aligned to the mission, vision and values.

  • Maintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

  • 5+ years' sourcing experience, and understanding the full-lifecycle of recruitment

  • Advanced experience sourcing talent from a variety of different sourcing channels.

  • Advanced experience utilizing sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates.

  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing, full lifecycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management and technology.

  • Ability to effectively build rapport/relationships via the phone.

  • Current knowledge of trends and developments in the filed of recruiting.

  • Ability to travel throughout the TN footprint.

  • High-volume healthcare recruitment preferred
